TTS-Keyon Marine Equipment (TKM) in Zhangjiagang China is a 50/50 J/V between TTS Ships Equipment AB in Gothenburg and private Chinese investors.
TKM is a steel structure manufacturer specialized in production and assembly of Hatch Covers, RoRo equipment and other marine related products for the TTS Dry Cargo Handling Division.
The company has around 220 employees and has two main fabrication halls plus a third work shop for steel cutting and sub-assembly work. Machines range from gas/plasma cutters, roller straighter, automatic T-beam welding line and welding machines.
Shot blasting and painting facilities which will be increased with a new 2400 sqm heated painting facility. TKM also has its own dock designed for barge loading via a 200 ton overhead crane. Total output capacity is 20.000-24.000 tons per year depending on type of equipment fabricated.
